Data Deletion Instructions

If your Annulo version supports Facebook connection, go to Settings → Connections, find Facebook, and disconnect it. This removes the saved connection credentials on that device. Repeat on any other device where you connected it. During testing, the app may still appear as shuttle in Meta's authorization screens.

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings, then Business Integrations or Apps and Websites. Find Annulo (or shuttle during testing) and choose Remove. Meta's menu labels may vary by account and interface version. After revocation, Annulo can no longer use that grant to read from or post to your Page.

Email the address at the end of this page with the subject “Annulo data deletion request.” Include the Facebook account or Page name/ID needed to identify the connection, the Annulo connection or project you used, and the scope you want deleted. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or access tokens. We may verify your control of the relevant account or project and will reply with the outcome.

• We will delete authorization credentials and related copies under our control that can be linked to the connection, along with business data we can identify from your request. Data on your device or in your own creght project must be removed there by you, or you can authorize us to help.
• Revoking access or deleting Annulo data does not automatically delete posts already published on a Facebook Page. Delete those posts in Facebook if needed.
• We cannot delete data independently controlled by Facebook, creght, or your chosen AI provider. Some records may be retained temporarily for legal obligations, security investigations, or backup cleanup; if applicable, we will explain this in our reply.
