Annulo now recognizes the Chrome Web Store version of the Annulo extension, so once it's listed you can install it from the store and it connects to Annulo on this computer.
Deleting a skill in Settings → Skills still takes two clicks, but the first now shows a "Confirm delete" button instead of seeming to do nothing.
The assistant can now show images and videos from this computer right in the chat: sign-in QR codes, screenshots, and downloaded or generated images and videos appear inline, videos play, and buttons below open them in the default app or show them in Finder.
Local functions can now work in your own Chrome (Settings → Browser), signed in as you already are there, so sites like Doubao or DeepSeek don't need another sign-in in Annulo's browser.
It needs the Annulo extension in Chrome, which is on its way to the Chrome Web Store.
The extension only works on sites you allow, in windows it opens itself, and you can revoke sites any time.
The new Export assistant template's AI search uses it to ask ChatGPT on the web, DeepSeek, Doubao, Kimi and Yuanbao, and needs this version.
Fixed Chinese text coming out garbled when local functions read responses from sites like Doubao or Yuanbao, and a long model name no longer pushes the chat's send button out of view.
When a template upgrade or plugin install stops on conflicts, there's now "Use the new version": the conflicted files take the new version, dropping the project's changes, and the merge completes without handing it to the assistant.
External accounts in Settings → Connections (Google, Facebook) are now per project: each project connects its own accounts, other projects can't see or use them, and disconnecting only affects that project.
Your creght account is still shared by all projects.
Accounts you connected before appear in every project on this computer after the update; disconnect them in any project that doesn't need them.
Local functions can now pick which provider and model to call and can search the web (returning the sources cited); with Claude Code or Codex on this computer, their own search is used.
The new Export assistant template's AI search visibility check needs this version.
"Restore template files" now works while a template upgrade has conflicts: the selected files take the new template version and drop the project's changes, with no need to resolve conflicts first; once every conflicted file is replaced the upgrade completes, and any you didn't select still go to the assistant.
Upgrade notes for the Export assistant template now match on creght.com too (matched by the version tag rather than each region's own version number), and the upgrade card shows the template's version tag.
"Open in Annulo" on creght pages now launches the app directly: for a template, after you confirm it switches to the right region, connects your creght account and creates the project (if you already have one from that template, it offers to open it instead); for an existing project it switches to it, downloading it first if needed.
The model pickers for chat titles and the browser assistant in Settings → Models are narrower, and their menu opens upward when there's no room below, so the thinking level no longer goes off screen.
Plugins in the same repository now have their own versions and upgrades: a plugin that hasn't been released no longer shows another plugin's versions and notes.
Local functions can save images and files from the web into your library (ctx.upload), so images imported from Notion documents don't expire; the template's Notion import needs this version.
Scheduled tasks can now run when a time stored in a table comes due (like scheduled posts), so scheduled items go out within a minute instead of waiting for the next periodic check; Settings → Scheduled tasks shows what's coming up.
Fixed pages opened right after creating a project sometimes failing with "the back-office project has no xxx table" (the page got there before the tables were created; it now waits for them).
New browser assistant: when browser automation like posting or collecting gets stuck on a step (a platform changed its page, a popup got in the way), a model looks at the page, helps with that step and hands back to the script; on a CAPTCHA or sign-in it brings the browser up for you and carries on when you're done; steps it solved are remembered and replayed next time.
Settings → Models picks the model and thinking level for the browser assistant and for chat titles.
When you collect, self-test or publish from a page, the browser opened in the background no longer minimizes into the Dock; it just stays behind your current window without interrupting you.
The creght MCP now comes with your creght connection: it follows the region you're connected to (creght.cn / creght.com) and needs no separate authorization, and it goes away when you disconnect.
In Settings → MCP it's marked Built-in and can only be turned on or off.
In Settings → Connections you can pick the region before connecting; switching regions no longer closes an open offline project.
Browser sign-ins are kept per project: an account signed in from project A no longer shows up in project B (a previously shared browser goes to the first project that uses it; the other signs in once more).
All projects now live under backends.
The startup screen follows the language chosen in Settings, and the window title shows the current project.
Schedules can be turned all on or all off at once.
Fixed the ops panel sometimes getting stuck on "can't find the imported file"; the refresh button in the top bar now clears the page cache before reloading.
When publishing or a self-test fails while you're watching the browser, the window now stays open so you can see where it got stuck; close it when you're done.
"Leave site?" prompts are answered automatically instead of stalling the task.
Publishing, self-test, collecting and sign-in started from a page can be watched in the browser and stopped at any time — browsers at work show at the top right, click one to bring it forward.
Browsers start in the background and no longer steal focus.
Page links from the assistant show as buttons that take you straight there.
Page links from the assistant show as buttons that open the page on the left (⌘-click for a new tab) without reloading everything; when the assistant finishes it links to the result.
Templates can require a minimum plugin version: upgrading, switching or restoring a template first brings plugins up to it, or says which plugin is blocking; the upgrade card lists the plugins that will be installed or upgraded.
Without creght, online projects no longer open: on startup or after disconnecting, Annulo switches to the newest offline project, or back to project setup.
The page error banner no longer treats the browser's "ResizeObserver loop" notice as an error.
The creator studio template is built in next to the blank one; the template and plugin lists are read live from the public repositories, so new ones show up without an app update.
Settings → Models puts providers and models in one place with a thinking level per model; tasks can fix their thinking level.
The command is annulo (shuttle still works) and the data directory is ~/.annulo (the old one moves over automatically).
Annulo works fully without creght: templates can come from any git repository (a blank template is built in), creght is connected through Settings → Connections, and its templates and features stay hidden until you connect; installers no longer bundle the creght CLI.
If port 7799 is taken, a free port is used instead.
In-app updates: the top bar tells you about a new version; click once to download and again to install, and Settings → About shows the current version.
The back office now renders on your computer and refreshes as soon as a page is saved.
Back-office tabs moved to the top bar, and a ring in the chat header shows how much context is used.
Settings → Project can restore template files to rescue a broken project.
