## Scope

This policy covers the Annulo website, the Annulo desktop app, and services you actively connect through Annulo. Third-party platforms handle information under their own policies. Facebook Page connection is still in development and testing. The Meta section below describes the intended scope when this feature becomes available; it does not mean the feature is generally available today.

## Information we process

- When you visit the website, hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser and device details, visit time, and request logs to deliver pages, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse.
- Projects, pages, business tables, assets, tasks, and run logs you create with Annulo are stored on your device by default. If you choose a creght cloud project, the corresponding project and business data are stored in your creght account.
- When you connect an external account, Annulo processes authorization credentials, granted permissions, and necessary account identifiers to display connection status and perform actions you request. The current Google connection stores credentials locally.
- When you use AI features, your instructions and relevant content you allow the assistant to read may be sent to the model provider you choose to fulfill your request.

## Facebook Page data

When Facebook connection is available and you authorize it, Annulo will use Meta data and tokens only within the permissions you grant. Planned permissions include pages\_show\_list, pages\_read\_engagement, and pages\_manage\_posts. We will request read\_insights only if an insights feature is actually provided.

- We may read the names and IDs of Pages you manage, granted tasks, and content and engagement data for Pages you select, to show connected accounts, choose a publishing target, and provide reports you request.
- We use access tokens to call the relevant APIs and submit content to your chosen Page only when you start or approve a publishing action.
- We do not sell data obtained from Meta or use it for targeted advertising. The actual permissions will be shown before authorization. We will update this policy before changing the implementation or data scope.

## Annulo Chrome extension

The Annulo Chrome extension lets the Annulo desktop app on your computer operate web pages in your own Chrome. It connects only to Annulo on the same computer, through Chrome native messaging; nothing goes through our servers.

- The extension works only on websites you allow one by one, and only in tabs it opens itself. If a page leaves the allowed sites, the extension stops controlling it. You can review and remove allowed sites from the extension's toolbar menu at any time.
- To carry out actions you start in Annulo, the extension reads page content on those websites and passes it to Annulo on your computer. It is then handled as described above: stored on your device by default, and possibly sent to the model provider you choose when you use AI features.
- The extension does not read or change your cookies, and does not read data from other websites or other tabs. Locally it stores only a random installation ID (to tell several Chrome profiles apart) and the tabs it opened.
- Information the extension obtains from websites is used only for the features above. It is not sold, not transferred to third parties, and not used for advertising. Use of this information adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

## Storage, sharing, and retention

Annulo stores local projects and connections on your device. If you enable a creght cloud project, creght hosts the related data under your project settings. Website hosts, your chosen AI provider, and platforms you authorize process data needed for their respective services. We do not disclose this information to others except to provide the features, as you direct, or as required by law.

Data is kept while needed to provide a feature, until you delete local data or a cloud project, revoke a connection and request deletion, or for a period required by law. Diagnostic logs and backups may have separate cleanup cycles. You may request deletion of copies we control as described below.

## Your choices and rights

You can use local features without connecting third-party accounts. You can revoke Annulo's access on the relevant platform, delete a local connection or project in Annulo, and ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we control. Revoking access stops new API access but does not automatically remove posts already published to Facebook or content held by a third-party platform. See the Data Deletion Instructions for steps.

## Security and updates

We limit requested permissions and protect local connection files with operating-system file permissions. Internet transmission and device storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure; please protect your device and accounts. We will update this page and the date above when features or data practices change, and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate.

## Contact and requests
